Methodist Rehabilitation Center has an immediate opening
for a Director of Environmental Services.
Incumbent will be responsible for the planning, organization,
development and direction for the overall operation of the
Environmental Services department in accordance with Joint
Commission, federal, state and hospital standards and guidelines.
Assures that MRC main hospital and local outlying facilities are
maintained in a clean, safe and comfortable manner. Will oversee
approximately 21 employees. Minimum of an Associates degree with 5-10
years experience in a supervisory capacity; Bachelors degree preferred.
Must possess leadership ability, good interpersonal skills and strong written/verbal communication skills to effectively deal with people at different organizational levels both within and outside of the facility.
